Log what you ate
Tap “+” and type the dish — or pick it from your recent ones. The current time fills itself in, and it’s easy to adjust if needed.
Sito is a food and wellbeing diary: log what you eat and rate your day with one tap. In a couple of weeks you’ll see which meals tend to come before bad days. No sign-up, no ads — everything stays on your phone.
The app is being prepared for publication in the stores.
How it works
Tap “+” and type the dish — or pick it from your recent ones. The current time fills itself in, and it’s easy to adjust if needed.
In the evening, say how the day went: good, so-so or bad. Add a note on what bothered you, if you like.
Sito counts which dishes bad days tend to follow and shows them in Insights. A hint to take to your doctor, not a diagnosis.

A new entry opens with the cursor already in the field, and below it are the dishes you eat most often. Tap one or type something new. The current time is filled in, and you can change it right in the header.

In the evening, answer with one tap: good, so-so or bad. No need to list symptoms — just rate the day as a whole. If you like, add a note and mark the hour things got worse.

Sito looks over the last month of entries and shows the dishes most often followed by a bad day — the same day or the next. To keep chance coincidences off the list, it only counts dishes you’ve had at least three times.
